I recently iniated a transfer from my paypal account to my credit card as I have done many, many times before. However in my account is this : "This transaction failed. For more information, please contact Customer Service at 00###### and withdrawal had been reversed and the funds returned to my paypal account.
Also.. I calledtodaymy bankand the account and credit card areok!
Hi ,I am having the same problem and paypal says it's from Bank side, I tired another Bank and same outcome, name is the same on my account and paypal, checked with bank they said ever thing is fine, but many times, many cards, diffrent bank and transaction is reversed, any clue what to do ?

I've been having this issue for a while now too. After emailing paypal over and over again, changing my name, calling the bank, and then emailing paypal again, they finally said that it was a technical issue on their end and that they would email me when it's fixed. But I'm still waiting. It has been far too long now and no word on when it will be fixed. This is ridiculous.
