Withdraw to bank pending

Can anyone help as to why a request to withdraw from my paypal balance to my bank is still pending after 16 hours but a request i made this morning to withdraw to my bank went in within mins

Thanks for posting in relation to your withdrawals.

The withdrawal on your account that was pending would have been reviewed for security reasons. You will find more information on how this works here https://www.paypal.com/uk/selfhelp/article/why-is-my-withdrawal-on-hold-faq2990/3?channel=FAQ . If your second withdrawal went through faster this would be because it was determined to be safe by our security system.
