Withdraw funds issue

Hello, how are you?

I have tried to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my debit card but when I try to do it a window pops up and it says "You'll need to add a bank account" , I already added the card information and also I confirmed the card with the code I received on my statement, do you what the problem can be?

Don't think you can withdraw to a card in your country, not sure you can withdraw at all if the info in this link is up to date.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

The U. S option is there as Paypal allows its expats to add their bank accounts to other countries Paypal accounts if they are living or working in that country as they are a U.S company.
