I have not received any money in US dollars so why is my balance partially in US dollars? Worse, I cannot withdraw my balance without being charged a hefty conversion fee from PayPal!
The only way that you would have a balance in a different currency would be if you were to receive a payment or a refund in USD. I would advise you to review the 'Activity' page on your PayPal account to review your recent transactions on your PayPal account.
