Why ebay and paypal have. More control over your bank accounts than you....

I have issues with eBay and pay taking more control over transactions and acting like a casino

Neither ebay or paypal are compulsory in life.

 

You are allowed to close your accounts if you don't agree with the user agreement.


Advice is voluntary.
