Where is my money!!!

Hello.

This is my first time using paypal and am unsure what to make of all this.

I was paid promptly into my paypal by my buyer, I then withdrew my money to my bank account. My paypal stated completed on the 10th March. It is now the 31st march and still no money in my bank. This is crazy. Where is my Money?

I have contacted bank and they have no record of payment from paypal.

I also have a second payment pending due to being a new ebayer (even though my first ever transaction funds were available straight away?). My buyer has left positive feedback so why is the money still pending?

Any help would be great!

Hey there guys,

If the funds are not showing your bank account after 14 days a trace can be done on the withdrawal.

Please contact PayPal about it. You will have to provide a copy of your bank statement obviously so we can make sure it isn’t showing. But once we have that a trace can then be done on the funds.
