Wait time!!

Just waited on the line for an hour & a Half!!!!.  45 after talkingto an ageant who said I would not have to wait to much longer  I THEN GAVE UP  Utterly disgusted.  In this day & age why dose PP not have the simple "Please leave your number & we will call you back" like so many companies have. It works PP & it is very good PR to have something like that or perhaps " YOU JUST DON'T CARE"
