really !!?? so paypal says it is the best at fast transactions and getting your money to you quickly !! ha what a joke im now being charged money from a payment i couldnt make because MY money is "pending" when at the time of transaction i was told 2 hours so fed up with it already,i wont be using them again
It also states it could be upto 72 hours, and then today after speaking to yet another agent they are now saying plus 2 hours on top of the 72 hours to get to your account. PayPal needs to decide which it is 72 or 74 hours, lets see today by 17.23 that will be 74 hours and I have a feeling I'm being fobbed off at my expense again
