I have already try several times plus changing may Paypal account still facing the same problem. first I thought the problem was on ma bank issuer but I have already face them in different time and they keep say nothing is wrong. please am in need of this account because I can't do any thing of ebay almost 3 weeks now. Please can you re-set may card/ account and resend the cord to me again.
