Problem resolving negative balance?

Hi

I seem to be having problems with resolving a negative balance. A payment was made to resolve it a few days ago and this has appeared, both on Paypal and on my bank statement.

Now 2 more payments seem to have been refused. My bank have said there is no problem there end and can't see any reason why payment from them was refused yet that is what Paypal says.

I am struggling to make sense of things now with these transactions flying around...

hi can any one help out ,,ive got to cards on my account for paypal and ,,the items had all been paid for ,,and now its say i owe 50 pound because paypal have try to take payments from both cards and messed me right up ,,can anyone help out as i had the funds in my bank and was all completed and no there all going wrong some are getting refused but i have the items now ,,im so confused

Hi hope someone can help me . I have a neg, balance and need to resolve this asap. I have no money arriving to my bank until 11th Dec 2015. I won't be able to clear the balance in full but would be able to clear it in 3 payments each one 2 weeks apart. Would this be acceptable to Paypal> I won't be using the Paypal payment until after it is back in the "black"
