Hi I seem to be having problems with resolving a negative balance. A payment was made to resolve it a few days ago and this has appeared, both on Paypal and on my bank statement. Now 2 more payments seem to have been refused. My bank have said there is no problem there end and can't see any reason why payment from them was refused yet that is what Paypal says. I am struggling to make sense of things now with these transactions flying around... thanks Gareth
