Withdrawn money from Paypal to bank account and it still says pending, its been 3 days now and i need the money asap!!

Withdrawals can take up to 72 hrs to complete so you would need to allow the full time to pass. If after this time you need further help here is the best number to call 08707 307 191

Hello, could you please help me out on something. Today, i requested Paypal to take out £15 from my bank account to go into my Paypal account however, i no longer need this to happen. However, on Paypal it says 'pending'.. can i cancel this transaction?
