Paypayl UK and Paypal.com

Hi

My main question is transferring my paypal funds into my UK bank account or my UK debit card?

First question is when I try using advice given on here to go to the paypal.co.uk site and follow the steps it tells me the site is not valid? I am based in South Africa but the business is in Europe. 

What am I doing wrong, I can only access paypal.com and that only lets you setup a US bank account.

I just changed my Region to UK thinking that my be the issue? Not though. Here is what I get when I type in paypal.co.uk:

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

So that is why when you click to add things to your PayPal account you only get options for the country you are actually living in.

Super, I just opened up an account using our UK address and details etc. This then allowed me to add a UK bank account.

I then closed my other, first Paypal account.
