Paypal Pending Balance Payment

Hi

I have a well established paypal account. I pay a service supplier regularly using Paypal but each payment is listed in my Paypal account as not one but three transactions. The first is the order, the second is Pending Balance Payment: Paypal - PLaced, the third is Pending Balance Payment: Paypal - Removed.

THe balance of these three payments is correct, and all three happen within seconds of each other. I understand that Paypal need to check payments from my account, but these are small amounts that have been leaving my account for some time. It's more an annoyance really as it makes bookwork more complex. Does anyone know why this happens or how to remove the pending items?

Welcome to our community and thank you for posting :).

It sounds that you set up an order system with this seller. In an order there are indeed 3 steps that will show. The first step is that the order is placed, the second  step is that we deduct the money from your balance/funding source and the third is that the order is completed and paid.  I am afraid that we are not able to change this or adjust it. :(. You can always contact the seller and ask them if they have another option such as a billing agreement. If they can set this up it will only show as 1 transaction.

So I would advise to contact the seller to see if there is anything they can do  for you.
