Paypal MasterCard horrible customer service

I had been using Paypal Mastercard for 5+ years as my main credit card. I had racked up alot of reward points in that time. I decieded to redeem some of those reward point on December 2011. To my suprise I never actually recieved my money from redeeming those points but my points in my account got deduced. I have call in muilitple times spending hours on the phone with paypal mastercard. They first told me to wait and that it will adventually show up, never happened. Then called again and they blamed a different department in paypal and kept trasfering me over and over. It became a big cycle of trasfters to each department. No one wanted to actually help me. After calling in about 4-5 times I finally got someone who said they could fix the issue. They confirmed I never recieved my money and told me that my points would be re-addd to my account on next billing cycle. Thought finally after a month of working on this I finally get it. Then my billing cycle comes and goes and no points. I then call again...they tell me there was some error and points never got added but next time they will for sure! But they can't just add point now I'm going to have to wait another month for my next billing cycle to find out if I acutally get my reward points back. Complete joke and this is just the highlight moments of my problem. I can't beleive how bad paypal customer service is. Instead of helping the customer they rather just waste their time until the customer gives up. IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT GETTING A PAYPAL CREDITCARD, DONT!
