So I have a verified account, and i'm trying to add funds from my bank account to my paypal account. So I go to add funds and it says We were unable to confirm your personal information at this time. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center. but I have no open cases or anything and im 100% verified.
Unfortunately the only way to find out is to contact customer support. Issues related to individual accounts cannot be resolved thru the community forum.
