NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL FROM PAYPAL????

I have asked paypal to lift the new buyer restictions on my paypal account, as I have another ebay account with 100% feedback, and had the account for over 10 years.  They have not responded.  What am I to do, as there is money in my paypal account, that I need to access.

 

Please can someone let me know what to do?  I have asked people to leave me feedback, (this way I know the money will be released) but i cannot force them to leave feedback, some people just dont get round to leaving feedback......

The other account with 100% feedback do  you have over 100 selling transactions on it?

 

Cus its not just 100% feedback you have to have over 100 selling transactions before the hold is released.

 

If you have then i would not bother emailing them > try phoning instead via contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account probs and phone the number given > when you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get an agent.

 

BUT have you tried adding the other ebay account to your paypal account? You can add the user id.via your profiile tab and also add the email addy on that acccount as you can have up to 8 on the one paypal accounts > that may stop the holds.

Thanks for your reply.  Yes it has ove 100 selling transactions.  I have added the new ebay id onto the original account, but it will not let me add the email address, as it is saying it is linked to another account, and log in, and carry out trransactions.   dont know what this means.  

 

bit reluctant to ring, as looking at other comments, it seems to take ages to get through......
