My bank has an app that allows me to transfer money to my paypal directly from it. I have been using it for quite a long time. Yesterday i tried to send money. Where it usually says transaction complete, i had an error paypal message. The money was not sent to paypal but it was removed from my bank account. I contacted the bank and they said that the money was already sent to paypal and asked me to resolve with paypal. I sent a few messages to paypal but i kept getting generic replies. Can someone please help me.
