Has anybody else had issues linking a bank account in order to withdraw money? I have tried for nearly a week and on every occasion I receive a message saying it is not possible at this time and to try later! Really frustrating that I cannot get to the money in my paypal account from past sales. Paypal will let me register the bank account to pay for things but not to link it to withdraw my money. Any ideas?
