Its saying seller is asking for higher payment of cart (159)

Hiya ive bein trying to buying a few things an it wont let me it keeps saying seller is wanting higher payment on item on cart and not enough funds and leavening this number (159) can anyone help me in anyway !!! I have card added to my account and also have funds in my PayPal about 🙂
