It is crazy that Paypal do not pay your bank as advertised but keep it pending **bleep** and they can give you a banking standerds contact number, you should be able to report Palpal to them for not meeting expected Banking standers ( 1) Your Money has been removed from your account but is also NOT in transfer. (2) Misleading Consumers as the useing the word Pending is a not Clear as there is no explanation what it means or any time given and no way to find out more infomation.
