I need to return money. I haven.t sent item and buyer wishes now to cancel order

how do I return the money. Buyer does not wish to order now.

Find the transaction in your ppal account

At the side you should see "issue refund" click on it and follow instructions

Thanks for your reply. I have done that and so she's got her money back. Do I have to tell Ebay that she asked to cancel the transaction or will they know - I've had correspondence back and forth with the buyer which presumably they can monitor. E.M.

You dont have to tell Ebay but if you send the buyer a request to cancel the sale you will get your fees back
