need paypal to release payment, cause seller cant

hi

I made a purchase 4 days ago from ebay, with my credit card and as a guest paypal account (as always did,no problem since now)

I saw a hourglass icon below my order, that my payment is on hold-but the money were taken instantly from my account, plus an amount of 0.94 euros from paypal.I send a message to seller to see whats going on,and he told me the money is on hold,he asked me to cancel the order and try again.

Here comes the tricky part-ebay doesnt have a "cancel my order" button,I havent paid with my PP account so the transaction doesnt show anywhere for me to cancel it,send several messages to PP for help but they only really replied once with directions for the seller how to cancel the order (the other were automated replies) and the seller after all this mess realised that he DOESNT KNOW HOW TO LOGIN to his PP account-thats how he couldnt accept my payment and process the order at first place! Amazing?

ebay told me to contact PP

PP told me to contact seller

seller doesnt even understands what I'm saying to him (keeps sending "send me a cancel request")

my bank told me to contact PP because only they are holding my money, but they arent replying to my messages!Several messages, tried on facebook too with no luck...

Can somebody help?

I want PP to ask their bank to release my money for the purchase that have been unclaimed, plus the 0.94 took for no reason!!
