I cant withdraw my funds or use it in that matter (in paypal ac)

hello everyone

What should i do ? i cant use or withdraw my funds in PayPal ac..

when withdrawing there are no options to select FROM and TO so i cant do the transaction AND

When i do purchases online PayPal go for my Bank balance instead of using that in my PayPal ac first and when am out of balance in bank even that in PayPal cant be used still!

please some help

You can't receive or withdraw from your paypal account in your country.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Did you actually read my post, you don't have the ability in your country to withdraw funds, it is not an option for you.
