How to transfer from a European Account (with paypal) to a Natwest UK account?

I am sure some of you had the same problem in the past. How can I transfer money with paypal to my natwest account? Since my other account is European not from the uK

Paypal is country specific so you have to have a paypal account in the country where you are and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
