How do I get the money from paypal account to bank?

I sent money through paypal from Germany to the UK from my German PayPal account to my UK PayPal account. I consider myself family to myself. 

They told me why I was doing it that in the exchange rate the fee was included, but took 15 Pounds fee! 

And the money is still with Paypal allthough I need it urgently to pay bills in the UK. 

What do I do?
