How can i withdraw my funds from my limited account?

Hi!

My account is been limited about 6 months ago, and now i got an email, what said i can withdraw my funds now. 

I tried it, but the bank account which i had added before, now it is not working.

I have to add a new bank account for withdraw my funds, but i can't, because of the limitations.

A couple days ago i wrote them an email, and they asked my informations, bank account statement and id card.

I gave them, but now when i click the small bell icon, i just get it: 

"We're reviewing your submissions.
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days."

2 days is expired, i got it about 4-5 days ago.

I need my money immediately, i have to add a new bank account to my PayPal account account for withdraw my funds.

How can i do it?

I have to wait for this "We will get back to within 2 business days...?"

I wrote them an email and they didn't responded.

I have to call them on mobile?

OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
