Can I just say how ridiculous I find PayPal! So I wait 7 days after selling an item for £250 as my funds are pending, they have finally been released today even though the buyer said he recieved the item 3 days ago.. And now I'm told I need to wait another 4 days for it to be transferred to my bank!! Annoying!!

New seller hold that every new seller goes through.

Funds normally released if its not ebay about 7 -21 days later dependent on whether you send tracking or not. (or mark item as sent).

As for the withdrawal that is probably because its your first transfer?? Mine hits my bank account in seconds now.
