Hi I really need help please.. I am trying to withdraw my money from paypal to my EON, but it says transaction cannot be completed at this time. I dont know what is the problem. My paypal balance is $250 which is converted already to Peso 11,488. This is the first time that I experience since I do have 2 recent transaction and it did go through well. Please Help
