This is not customer services, the clue is when you click to post a thread and it says ''ask the community''..........this is a user to user community advice forum.
Suggest you contact customer services however its unlikely they can cancel your withdrawal.

The paypal mods on here reply only very occasional with general advice only.
They do not deal with specific account issues.
