From the Help FAQs:

There's no quick fixes from your side, it's up to the bank, the system that manages the transfers and PayPal.

Withdrawals to your bank account usually take up to two hours to complete. However, some banks cannot process transactions as quickly as others and so some withdrawals will take two to three working days to complete.

Check that the status of your withdrawal is 'Completed', which means it has completed through the PayPal system. If you are unable to locate the deposit in your bank account and the status of the transaction is still ‘Completed’ in your PayPal account history, we can initiate a trace on these funds once 14 working days have passed.

Usually if there is a problem with a withdrawal, it is returned to PayPal and the funds are reversed back into your PayPal balance. As yet, the withdrawal has not been returned to us.

We would recommend contacting your bank to enquire about receipt of the funds. If the funds are still not in your bank account after 14 days, please contact us and we can then begin a search for the missing funds. For our contact information, just click the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of any PayPal page.

Note: You may be required to fax a copy of your most recent bank statement to us, to assist our search.
