Can't see the balance

Hello,

I have an account on playpal which is directly connected to my VISA debit card, made in Addiko Bank, Bosnia and Herzegovine. Since I made the account it's impossible for me to see how much money I have left on my account nor to withdraw my funds sometimes. 

Can you please help me?

Within Bosnia and Herzegovina there are certain restrictions on payments received and when these funds can be withdrawn.

When you receive a payment, this money can go into a pending balance. Payments usually stay in your pending balance for 30 days. Payments in your pending balance belong to you, but you can’t use or withdraw them.

Here’s how you can see when your payment will be available to withdraw:

1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click Activity near the top of the page.
3. Click the payment to see more detailed information.
