Each country has their own set of banking regulations, PayPal works with many countries however, they cannot always offer all of the available product features due to the country's individual rules and regulations.
Hi i know that is old post here but now paypal work fine in egypt but i need to know what is the good bank in egypt to get a visa from it to make withdraw fine without any problems cause i saw in many posts in differant sites that not all the visa debit card in egypt are accept withdraw from paypal and thanks.
May I ask what is the name of your bank? It keeps rejecting my card at first place! Did you write your address the same way you write it in your bank papers? Thanks.
