Can't find my money that has been withdrawn to my visa debit card!!

I withdrew $200 from my paypal account last thursday and the transaction is "completed" in my summary tab. it didn't show up in my bank yet and I don't know what to do and Paypal customer service isn't responding anywhere. I'm very anxious 😞 

please help.

You are posting on the UK forum and talking in US dollars.

In neither the UK or the US can you withdraw to a card.

Hello, having the same problem here, did you use the card that you use in ATM to withdraw from your account?
