Can't add bank account

I have apparently added my bank account too many times before on old accounts. Note: It is _not_ currently on any accounts _now_.

But apparently you can only add a bank account 3 times before you..can't.

So now I have money in my paypal account, i'm unable to add my bank account...how the **bleep** do I withdraw it? is it possible to get this 3-time limit removed in some way? do I seriously have to open a new bank account in order to just get my money?

I've tried sorting this out through email support but they are hopeless and don't listen to a single word i'm saying, instead just sending me cut and paste responses all day. I don't have a phone so I can't call either, nor do I want to. If I can't get a new bank account, paypal is literally holding my money from me, or forcing me to spend it in order to get some use from it. Ridiculous.

You have to have it disassociated from all other accounts. For each PayPal account you are required to have a unique bank account, i.e not associated with any other bank account.

Send the money to the PayPal account with your bank account attached so you can withdraw it that way.
