My Paypal balance is currently -$10.59. When I try to resolve it by putting $10.59 into the account it comes up with this message; 'The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit.' if I try and put anything MORE than £0.01 it comes up with this message; 'You cannot enter an amount that is greater than your current negative balance. Please edit the amount and try submitting this request again.'
sorry I am in the United States. I copied and pasted this from someone else's post and forgot to change some of those minor details to fit my own needs. It is $-10.59 and I can't add anything to it after i try to run my debit card.
