My daughter would like a Paypal account but she is only 15.  Can I add her bank card to my account and she can select it when paying.  She has access to my account at the minute and I am obviously able to see what transactions go through. It is mainly paying for items on line. She would just like the independence of paying for items herself without having to lift the cash from her bank account to give to me.  Or is there a limited version that she could use.  I would still like to see all her transactions etc.

A linked bank account has to be in the same name as the Paypal account holder.

A Paypal account holder has to be 18 years of age.

Thanks. So is there no other option but to wait until she is 18.

Yep, tis really.

If paypal find out she is using it underage then you risk your paypal account.

If you open one for her and fib about her age and they find out then all your accounts under that IP addy are limited and its unlikely she would be able to open one when she is 18.
