Adding bank account problem

Every time I try to link my bank account it states that my bank is linked to the maximum number of PayPal accounts! I have money in the wallet I desperately need to withdraw and am unable to.

You are allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts and only then IF one is personal and the other one is a business account.

If you have your bank account linked to another paypal account then you would need to remove it from that account first and then re-add it to your new one.

I only have one PayPal account though???

Are you sure you have not had one years ago or a partner has one with that bank account linked?

If no then your best bet is to contact customer services and they can investigate it for you  >>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".

Thanks I've already raised for investigation. My hubbie does have PayPal but sure this account not linked. He's working away at the min I'll check when he comes back. Thanks though
