Adding bank account - error every time

I'm trying to add a new bank account. After entering my new bank account details and confirming my card I receive the following error:"Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link"

 

I'm then logged out of my account.

 

I have tried multiple computers and browsers and still the same error each time.

 

Is this a Paypal issue at the moment?

Suggest contacting customer support for assistance, they should be able to help you thru the process from their end.
