Add another bank account?

 This is crazy thing....

I always use this bank account and I´ve never have problem like this before paypal. On status of my bank account is write " Checking" (I must wait or what?). I don´t know where is problem, because my account is good. I´ve been selling, Guy send me money  trough paypal , but I can´t withdraw.
