72 hours has passed still in pending

I've made a withdrawal and its still showing pending status even after the maximum hold of 72 hours. Wheres my money????

**bleep** PayPal! Had I known there would be a 72hr hold on my money BEFORE it's sent my bank I would have used Venmo, AppyPay, Zelle etc. 72hrs ago a rep told me the funds would be available today. Now the manager is telling me it will be released today and can take another 1-5 business days before it hit my account. A **bleep**ing week and half to get MY money?! Had I known this, I would have just drove to SoCal and picked up from my client directly. They are deceptive in their marketing with the whole 2hr or 24hr turn around. This will be the last time I use antiquated **bleep** PayPal. "Play around with my money is like playing around with my emotions"- Big Worm
