added my new visa debit card to the account then made several purchases on ebay all fine then for some reason stopped accepting my card so tried to put card back on system only to to have the error message card not accepted use another card so rang pay pal help line and they told me that my card was locked out and to try in 24 hours which i did and no luck it still did not work so they suggested closing account and trying card on new account but this still did not work so rang them again they asked some security questions but then told me the only way to get use of my account again was to get a new card which seems stupid when the card works every where else so ,looks lick i will be shopping at amazon from now on as even though ebay is not linked for sum reason i can not use my card their
