I am trying to change/update the customer service email address in my PayPal business account. Regardless of what I try to change it to all I get is an error message ---We're sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please check your entries and try again.-- I have had to leave it unchanged with an out of date email address that I no longer have access to. I have asked Paypal for help but all I get is an automated message. I cannot telephone the helpline because I have disabilities that prevent me from hearing and talking so online communication is all I have. Do I need to continue using the out of date email address for customer contact or can anyone help me at all. I have been trying for 10 months to change it but it is as if there is a fault on the page.
