reporting fishing websites and emails

tried to report a fishing email and fake website and the email that paypal supply for this is not working

the email bounced back and this is the reply i got

Welcome to the community forum.

It looks like your email provider doesn't like our reporting address 😞 That happens from time to time due to the word spoof. To report emails and websites you can also use Review@PayPal.com . This connects to the same team who will review the details you submit.
