I have a situation which I cannot clear up, removing the old card is impossible, I have put two new cards on there, but Paypal are trying to take from the old account which has been expired for a loooong time. I am absolutely fed up of phoning and trying to explain my husband has severe Dementia but Paypal keeps asking to speak to him, this I have done but all he says to them is I dont understand, of couse he doesnt understand he has dementia, I am told that I cant open a new account because I dont have a different email to the one registered, we have only one email because now I have to do all the paperwork. I was hoping Paypal would help me, but no, they want to speak to my husband and so we go round in that circle again.
I do not know what else I can do because I am getting fed up with being told I have to add funds this never happened, my bank account is fine, but what do Paypal expect when the bank queries things. I can do no more, all I want is thisi cleared and then both me and Patpal will be happy.
