old details not removable, being charged for no funds.

Ok... I have an old account, and old bank card, and a new account and new bank card.

I used the old ones for years, no issue, added new ones. Cannot remove old ones.

Any time i buy anything via paypal it uses old details, and as such i have been charged a few times for missed DD.
Yet... I still cannot remove old details. I still cannot set new details as default, the only thing i can do is manually add funds. 

And the only way to contact paypal is by phone, except I am working, and my workshop is noisy. 

So...
I cannot remove old details,
I cannot make new ones default
I cannot email paypal, and phoning them is not easy.
I have recieved some DD charges (stopped now by bank) even though new details are on my account. (which i cannot set to default) 
The only thing i can do is manually add funds, which defeats the point of paypal.

You need to make the new card and bank account the ''primary ones'' once they have been verified and then you should be able to remove the old ones.

BUT during the payment process if the old account shows......which it would as paypal show the funding source they are going to use when you pay...........then you just click on ''change'' and choose the other one.

Try phoning before you go to work / in your lunch break  or when you get home after work.

And why can't you email??
