I withdrew money from paypal and it went into an expired account, I didn't realise this since paypal have charged me from my current bank now, what do I do, also I can't update my new bank details

I would advise to contact us so that we can help you further. We need to check if the bank has accepted the withdrawal and request the transfer back from them. In order to do this it would be best to call us. If you click on 'Help & contact' and 'Call customer service' you will see our phone number :).
