new bank account

I am trying to send a received payment to a different bank account but I can't confirm it as it won't let me change the bank account name from mine so I cannot receive confirmation code

Welcome to the forum!

 

If I understand correctly, the issue is that you can't change the name on the bank account. Since all the information that you add to your PayPal account should be in your name, you wouldn’t be able to do this, I am afraid.
