missing payment

I have one primary and two additional (verified) email addresses on my account. A payment has been made to one of my additional email addresses. Despite having an email about the payment, it does not show in my account. Can anyone advise on anything I am doing wrong?

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.

 

If your email addresses are all confirmed on your PayPal account it sounds like you are doing everything correctly. The money should appear in your PayPal balance. Remember though that your balance is your primary funding source. If you made a payment after receiving money, anything available would be used first to cover the transaction.

 

I recommend taking a look at your payment history on PayPal to confirm whether the money did come through. If not, get in touch with us so we can have it looked into for you. You will find our contact information by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
