MI am a Paypal customer,but want to change my new card details,,but haven,t told the bank of changing address yet, is this the cause PayPal not accepting the card? I shall tell the bank tomorrow but I wanted to buy something tonight, thanks
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
